  1. Just a couple of questions. Given that the prostate is external to the
urethral epithelium does the lazer ablation of the prostatic tissue
actually remove the urethral lining at the point of treatment and does this
reform later? Also, is there a rotating cutting device on the end of the
    cystoscope?

  2. I can’t even put into the right words just how nasty that looks. Talk
about castrating a man well this is it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. had this operation done about 3 years ago, the only problem I had was after
the nurse woke me up was the anesthesia made me a little sick. when she
woke me up she asked how I felt, without thinking I said, I have to take
the most wicked pee I have ever had to take, the nurse told me I have a
catheter in me. draining it, when full, it was the most uncomfortable
feeling i ever had but when the bag was half full i was saying, ahhhh, it
felt so good. the next day a visiting nurse came and took the catheter out,
but had a little problem peeing for the next two days.

    1. +burns985 You have to take a Viagra kind of medicine, the prostate
basically has been injured, day 2, no pain, day 1 no pain

  4. Too bad that somebody doesn’t invent a pill that will shrink the prostate
back to its normal size without killing your sex life. With all the
advancements in medicine and medical technology its really a shame that a
man has to be castrated like this.
