  1. guys, this was posted before naughty dog even let the public know what the
“zombie” in their game looked like, only announcements of the game had been
released, so the last of us basically answered this video’s question about
    “what if”

  2. Funny thing about mushrooms: The’re immune to, or at least resist cosmic
radiation (I can’t remember which). This is interesting because, if they
came from earth, they shouldn’t have evolved in such a way, as Earth
doesn’t have cosmic radiation. This suggests that mushrooms may be aliens,
just not the kind most people think of. Not sure if Cordyceps are a
mushrooms, or a different type of fungus, but I thought this was
    interesting.

  3. He “spoiled” the ending before release, but it turned out that the ending
he said was going to be the ending turned out to not be the ending.

  4. Even if it were to infect us, it wouldn’t be like anything in the Last of
Us. The fungus is just trying to survive. It’d probably use our bodies to
find a place to build it’s mycelium, and wouldn’t attack any uninfected
    humans.

  5. SO WRONG!!! the fungus will attack other uninfected, for it to spread, its
to kill. besides it takes the brain over, who knows what part? usually its
the movment area of the brain so, it can jump run walk and climb, the fungi
grows on the brain, so its poosible for the last of us “clickers” to be
    possible, except the echolocation fact

  6. It is my understanding that there are many, slightly different varieties of
cordyceps and each only infects one insect.

  7. I still don’t get why people think it will result in zombies? It would
result in crazy people drizen to die in a high place where they can then
spread the spores. This in itself is horrifying, but there would be no
    eating eachother….
